What we review

Selected genetic findings, current context and explicit limits.

HL Precision does not scan for everything. It uses a governed assay and evidence catalogue to answer a bounded set of wellness questions clearly and reproducibly.

01

Nutrition and nutrient pathways

Selected associations may add context to nutrient metabolism or food-response pathways. They do not establish a current deficiency, absorption disorder or need for a supplement.

  • Diet pattern and access considered first
  • Recent verified biomarkers can qualify an action
  • Kidney, liver, pregnancy, medicine and allergy context can block it
02

Energy and metabolic wellness

The report may describe selected associations relevant to energy regulation and cardiometabolic wellness. It cannot diagnose diabetes, insulin resistance, obesity, fatigue or the cause of a symptom.

  • Current measurements remain more immediate than inherited tendency
  • Family history and treatment status are shown separately
  • Concerning symptoms are routed to clinical care
03

Sleep and circadian context

Selected trait associations may be discussed alongside sleep timing, quality, shift work, medicines and caffeine. Snoring, breathing pauses or dangerous sleepiness trigger assessment pathways rather than genetic explanations.

  • No sleep-disorder diagnosis
  • Behavioural context shown beside any trait
  • Safety symptoms override wellness content
04

Movement, fitness and recovery

Selected variants may provide context for training response or recovery. Current conditioning, injury, pain, exertional symptoms and the customer’s goal remain central.

  • No claim of athletic potential or talent
  • No clearance for exercise
  • No genetically calculated training dose
05

Stress-response and wellbeing context

Wellness-level pathway education may be included where evidence and consent allow. The service never infers personality, mental illness, dangerousness, resilience or spiritual status from genetics.

  • Restricted mental-health notes stay out of the general report
  • Immediate safety concerns interrupt routine onboarding
  • Support preferences are customer-led
06

Inflammation, oxidative and healthy-ageing pathways

Approved evidence may support carefully limited education about selected biological pathways. The service does not provide a detox score, biological-age promise, disease forecast or anti-ageing guarantee.

  • Evidence grade and population limitations shown
  • Grade C evidence is education only
  • Conflicting or excluded evidence creates no action
07

What is deliberately excluded

The MVP does not provide diagnosis, disease prediction, carrier screening, ancestry, paternity, pharmacogenomics, reproductive testing, mental-health prediction or paediatric testing. It does not detect every variant or explain every symptom.

  • No medication selection or dose
  • No familial relationship inference
  • No unrequested secondary findings

Ready when you are

Start with a short suitability check.

It takes a few minutes, does not require payment, and confirms whether the service scope and supervised collection model fit what you need.

Service information is versioned and distinguishes measured findings, supporting evidence, personal context, professional judgement and limitations.
