This register exposes the active public methodology and safeguard records used to shape consent, scope, privacy, screening and interpretation controls. Assay-specific variant records appear only when their governed public release state is active.
How to read a record
A source is not an automatic recommendation.
Each item has a defined use, population scope, review date and status. Variant-level evidence must additionally identify genome build, effect direction, population limitations, actionability and conflicts.
GRADE A / B
May support an approved action when context and safety rules also allow it.
GRADE C
Education only. It cannot generate an action by itself.
GRADE D / Excluded
Produces no customer action or claim.
