Prices and orders
Prices are displayed in South African rand. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve stock. Product eligibility, current price, and availability are checked again when checkout begins. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and an order reference is issued.
Payment
Payment is processed on Stripe’s hosted checkout. The Helix Lab does not receive your complete card number. An order may remain pending while the payment provider confirms the transaction.
Delivery
Delivery details and the available delivery service are confirmed in checkout or the order confirmation. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate South African delivery address and contact number.
Cancellations, returns, and damaged orders
Contact the team promptly with your order reference. Return eligibility depends on product integrity, tamper seals, storage requirements, and applicable consumer law. Products requiring controlled storage cannot be accepted back if their integrity cannot be verified, except where defective or incorrectly supplied.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep product information, images, prices, and availability current. Packaging may change without altering the stated product presentation. If an ordered item cannot be fulfilled, the team will contact you about the available remedy.
